Description
People who register a new company and wish to try out Chemintro really need a free trial for an introductory number of chemicals. It needs to expire say a month after being fully consumed.

Now fixed by providing a "Leeway" token for 10 chemicals if a token does not exist (for old registrants) and also 10 chemicals for new registrants.
