Description
The find/create product method is encountering duplicates

Testing revealed an edge-case not previously catered for during bulk import when a product exists in the database and no chemicals exist. That has been resolved and we now have eight new unit tests covering all foreseen cases.
Chemintro 3.6.4 contains the fix.
