... covers all acceptable tests and includes equivalent tests from EU and USA EPA. Users need to review available tests and need links to find the test guidelines as required.

Added field "Equivalent tests" with clickable links to EU and US EPA documentation in the help text. The actual test URL cannot be clickable because it must be displayed read-only.

This means we need to devise a special URL widget to make a readonly URL field clickable.

The current workaround is to copy the link and paste it into a browser.

Deployed with the workaround fixed in revision 1.1.1
