AICIS instruct that your low risk cosmetic ingredient must be on the IFRA Transparency List prior to introduction otherwise additional data will be required.
This ticket produces that table for members in the OECD role.
That role reveals reference data and is always available for Admin users to bestow. That makes it a reasonable mechanism to switch on both reference cosmetic ingredient tables - one for restricted ingredients (EUR Lex Cosmetics and US eCFR cosmetic ingredients) and also this ticket's IFRA permitted ingredients table.
