Provide Product linkage for bulk chemical import

Description
The Bulk import and Listing status (Ticket #71) is to get a Product linkage.
There has always been a many-to-many link between chemicals and products in Chemintro. That link carries proportion data and maximum end-user concentration for that chemical in that product.
By optionally nominating a product during bulk import, we can automatically add that link record. It won't have the data because that would unnecessarily complicate the bulk import.
No matter how many products use the same chemicals, bulk import will never duplicate chemicals. Those links are designed to be replicated for different products and that is what makes Chemintro mirror real life.

Mostly working. At this stage we have to be patient because the progress bar (ticket #77) is not yet implemented. It is otherwise working.
