Description
Useful links and Notes are gradually becoming interchangeable. A Note can be converted into a Useful link. Notes have NYA (Not yet acknowledged) tags and Useful links really need them as well.

We might also need to include Link in the daily NYA review. Let's consider that before deciding whether to reopen this ticket

This is now fixed by duplicating the error feature from the Note model.
