Description
The new Guidelines adjust some of the selections and specify that records must be kept showing the calculation methods.
This ticket implements Guidelines 2.1.2 and 2.1.3

Guideline 2.1.2 covers end use scenarios and these have now been updated in the Chemintro database - ahead of the 24 April release date on the grounds that there are very few changes.
One big change is that every end use scenario now carries a parenthetical "(for end use in Australia)". But, until we can see a logical reason for adding this AICIS tautology, we are hereby postponing including those parens.
