Description
Consultants needs to support their Clients including notification of token decrementing. Whenever a Client token is decremented to zero, if their Consultant has a token, that will be decremented instead.
This ticket notifies the Client and Consultant by email so both are aware.
To make this work, there needs to be a Consultant role which automatically creates a Client company when registering a new company with its new Admin (registering) user.
