More AICIS statuses required for Chemintro users

Description
We currently have Applicant, Agent and Chemical information holder (CIH)
For Assessment certificates we also need Business contact.

AICIS statuses now include Business contact and all combinations with the other statuses for selection in the User profile. The actual status selected now automatically appears in the chemical's Information holder field.
