Revert Nano default from Not known to No

Description
It turns out that for liquid blends to work efficiently the nano default setting of "Not known" was interfering unnecessarily. It has been changed to default to "No".
If someone feels this is a retrograde step we can work on a personal default system so you can manage your own defaults.
